Deposits

All reservations must be supported with a credit or debit card deposit of 20% of the full booking value and balances settled prior to departure. Some bookings (for festivals and bank holidays) will require prior payment. If booking through an agent, payment terms will be as advised by them.

Cancellation Policy

For all bookings, there is no charge if you cancel your reservation by midday, 72 hours before arrival. Thereafter a 75% charge will be made for any cancellation if we are unable to re-let the room. If the room is re-let, you get a full refund minus £25 administration fee. During all Cheltenham festivals, the cancellation period is 1 week.

If you have made a booking through an agent, their own cancellation policy will apply.

Check in / check out times

Please arrive between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. An estimated time of arrival would be appreciated so that we can be ready to receive you. Arrival times outside of this period can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Check out is by 10.30am

If you need to arrive earlier or leave later than these times, then your luggage can be stored for you.
